Neal Goldman has over twenty years of senior management experience leading and implementing strategic transactions with significant experience in high tech and consumer goods.

He is experienced in high tech and consumer goods in both growth and restructuring environments; has led teams and advised boards and owners on mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds where risk management, judgment and cost management were crucial; has negotiated and managed financial restructurings and complex reorganizations; and has developed strategies that monitized IP through high margin brand and technology licensing programs.

Neal has worked with startups to multi-billion dollar companies. He served as chief administrative and legal officer of Polaroid and 3Com where he managed HR, legal, corporate communications, strategy, business development and other administrative functions; and served as chief legal and regulatory officer of Skype.

Neal holds a JD from Suffolk Law School and BS/BA from Suffolk University.
