Gary DiCamillo: Managing Partner
Gary DiCamillo has 29 years of turnaround management leadership including slow growth companies (Culligan and Black & Decker) and major corporate restructurings (Polaroid Corp. and TAC Worldwide).
He developed and implemented a “cut and build” approach to turnarounds: first, cutting overhead and restructuring the business for profitability and second, growing the company to create significant shareholder value. Gary is known for proven results as a driven leader, operating executive and teacher.
While at McKinsey & Co., he led turnaround engagements at two large consumer foods companies, a major media company and a medical products company.
Gary holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with Second Year Honors and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
