We provide independent analysis and advice about the value and viability of companies in distress, enabling creditors and lenders to make calculated decisions regarding their options in a workout. In cases where a greater recovery is possible through a turnaround, we provide guidance in all aspects of the negotiations with the debtor and specific advice regarding the feasibility of the underlying business plan.
